Skitterlings bite big holes in crystals in Arkfalls, so don't kill them, please

Take your complaints up with TRION. Until I get my 2500 kills for Arkfalls as a Way of Life III, I'll continue my genocide on everything in major arkfalls. Skitterlings just happen to make easy targets.

Half the problem is people with aim assist on (aka auto aim) it targets the little guys every time. The other half is noobs/trolls using cars,rockets,infectors etc.

Exactly turn off Aim-Assist it makes the game soooooo much better for you and everyone else, not just in Arkfalls but the whole game!.

Yes, I know there are other threads about this already, but one more can't hurt. That's one less thread for jerks to ignore. The short version? Yes, I know you are very proud of having the same car as everyone else. Gee, what an accomplishment... But no, cars are not 'cool', and no, we are *not* always supposed to kill anything in sight in Arkfalls. In some, yes, but not in all. It's really simple to tell the difference, too. Look at the top of the screen during an arkfall. Does it say:

- kill/survive wave number this or that? Go ahead, kill anything that moves. Try to run me over a few times to make sure I'm not a skitterling, if you want to. I don't care, we are supposed to just survive.

- Destroy the Hellion? That's the big worm in the center of the area. The huge red one. The one everyone is shooting at. I'm not. It's not me. So stop shooting at me or trying to run me over! The same goes for the huge Scavenger robot, or whatever. If it says to destroy something, please destroy that something. Showing off your awesome car everyone else has just makes you look silly.

- Destroy the crystal? Here's the problem: We need to destroy the crystal! That's it. Once the crystal is destroyed, the Arkfall is over. But know what's fun? The skitterlings bite a hole in it, so we can do far more damage to it. It's called weak spots. Most bosses in console-shooters have them, and they have had them since console-shooters were born. I don't know why you think this game is different. So wait for the skitterlings to bite a hole in the crystal, then shoot the hole. Do not kill the skitterlings! And in case you somehow don't know what a skitterling is, they are the small creatures people tell you to not kill. The small ones that runs up to the crystal all the time. The ones you love to run over so they don't reach the crystal.

And that's pretty much all there is too it. Read the description of the Arkfall and listen to what people tell you, please. Running us over in your fancy car you're so proud of just makes you look like an idiot. Newflash: I have both a Dodge (found at secret vender everyone knows about) and three of the other buggies. I know you want to show off that you have one, but everyone else already have one. You might as well show off a rocket launcher.

I understand your logic, but there is a pursuit to kill i think 2,000 of them...

Like others have said: Since there is a pursuit for killing enemies within arkfalls your complaint is worthless. They are playing the game as it's meant to thanks to this pursuit.

Actually disabling vehicles inside their radius is quite a good idea. People are not going to stop being schtakos no matter how many of these threads are created. Let's face it the majority of players have never even seen this forum.

its almost a waste of forum space to bring up topics like this. chances are if youre on the forum you know how to play. but whats the ratio to registered gamers and gamers that have no clue how to find this forum...
