Xbox 360 issues

Today is the first time I actually had any realy issues with the game. I just found a very nice rifle and was adding a fourth mod slot. While I was waiting the time it takes to add a mod slot, I had a nice LMG equipped. When I decided to buy some bit from the market so I can purchase some optional clothing, the game accepted my money (Microsoft points) but I got no bits.... I logged off than back on... and too my surprise my LMG was gone, my rifle was no longer having a mod attached to it, even though the Arc currency to perform the Mod action was gone. In my item equip inventory screen, my main gun does not show and I cannot perform any actions what so ever. no weapon swapping, shield swapping, grenade, clothing etc... This is very irratating.. specially since I am out the Microsoft points, along with missing my good LMG that I found...

Submit a ticket, at the very least you should get your bits back. I'm not sure what they're going to do about the massive weapon issue, but you're out real money, and they can't ignore that. Obviously, they're busy so you might have to wait a little, but I'm sure they will resolve the bit issue.

The Bugs are awful I have never seen a game launched in the state that its in I see a massive refund scream if they dont get ahold of this fast im out 130 bucks myself I got so discouraged I haven't even tried since this morning

I know its discouraging, but I'm trying to be patient and give them time to work the issues out. I really do believe if we give them some time, it'll be more than worth it for us in the long run. I strongly recommend people not purchase bits or use bits to purchase anything in game until these issues get resolved. There are just too many problems and I refuse to gamble with my money like that. And, its just adding to the ever increasing list if problems they have to fix, so its better for us to wait to buy those things, because right now we may not even get them anyway, and its just adding to the backlog of tickets they have to weed through. Its not ideal, I know, but it IS just the fact of the matter right now. Good luck to you guys, getting your issues worked out, I do believe they will resolve it for you in time.

I mean, MMO's are hellacious at launch usually, but I would have to agree that a lot of this is out of control. Put up new patch to fix various things and even more things seem broken afterwards.
