    HEY where are the bits i paid for!!!????

    HEY TRION!!! I BOUGHT 5200 BITS LAST NIGHT, THE FUNDS CAME OUT OF MY WALLET WHICH NORMALLY WOULD BE FINE, EXCEPT I DID NOT GET MY BITS WHICH I WOULD LIKE TO HAVE BEFORE I CONTINUE PLAYING DEFIANCE!!! I LOVE THE GAME BUT IF THIS DOES NOT GET RESOLVED I WILL BOYCOT THIS GAME I SWEAR TO GOD!!! PLEASE HELP ME IN RESOLVING THIS IMMEDIATELY!!! MY PSN ID IS NervousScarab!

    Should change that to PissedScarab. But in all seriousness, go to their live chat, nothing can be done here except encouraging me to hold off on buying bits. Which is something I thank you for.

    Agree with Frag, if you don't submit a ticket in game or through support, you will not get any help.

    I have been trying to discourage others from purchasing or using bits until the game is more stable because not only are you likely to not get what you've paid for immediately, but you're just adding to the backlog of problems. I hate to think of it in those terms, but its simply the matter of fact right now.

    Please try to be patient as I'm confident Trion will get it worked out and it will be worth it for all of us in the long run. Also, please give as much detailed information in your report as possible to help them track down the problem so it can get resolved as soon as possible. Good luck

    I bought a game card the other day and didn't get the Bits immediately after putting in the code. Found that I just had to exit the store and reopen it for the Bits to show up.

    sledge i have put in the ticket.... but i have no idea as to who or when they will respond.... i could have taken $50 bucks and but some new games as i previously thought of, but i changed my mind and thought nah, i love defiance. but now i am sitting in limbo, not even knowing if i will have any kind of response by tonight! the chat thing under support says under maintainance, or cannot load, so that does not work. i just want to know i am not lost in the whole load of spamming complaints over op guns/bosses, or stupid little things that will over time be addressed, this is my hard earned cash, being taken and nothing given in return! anyway i love defiance, and the first $50 i spent on bits did work. i am sure they will help me resolve it and the show is fantastic, beyond the expectation alot probably had for it. and this will only keep getting better despite bugs and issues. thx for lettin me rant. i now shall go sit and wait patiently for some sort of resolution.

    Something similar happened to me, I purchased them as soon as the servers dumped, taking the microsoft points but not giving me bits. Just contact them, they are nice and will fix it.

    TRION rocks, after about an hour on live chat (finally got it working) they did give me my bits, but by them forcing 5200 bits to me, it also bumped my original 5200 bits to my character as well. unfortunately they are only letting me keep 5200 but meh whatchya gonna do! DEFIANCE, both show and game, kick ***, they pulled me away from bf3, and all my other gaming endeavors for the moment and as i keep saying its only gonna get better with time. see ya on the badlands fellow arkhunters!!!
