dissapearing weapons still not fixed

I kinda wish they would acknowledge your ticket like other places do.
PGI who are making the Mechwarrior MMO (not bad btw) gives you individual attention and a 1x1 with a rep when you have any kind of issue.

Edit: anyone know of a way to drop a ticket to Trion that they'll actually respond to?

God I wish, I've opened 3 tickets already, for 3 separate item missing issues, and no replies... I am definitely done playing this game until this issue is fixed.

same here. will monitor patch notes and won't play untill they mention it's fixed. else it's waste of time.

I feel the pain in this thread. I also have opened tickets for missing weapons, Boosts disappearing and received no response yet. Good god I miss that gun

Not only are the weapons disappearing into nowhere, but then it is like wasted money as well. What is the point of playing the game to get money and mod out weapons when the game just takes them from you at random. Makes me really not want to play.

I just lost 3 oranges to the weapon matrix. I have already lost 2. I am getting really tired of this bull!! The first time I went to chat support and they gave me 2 oranges to replace them. This time, I'm afraid they are going to think that I am bull s'ing them and I'm not going to get my crap back. What sucks is they cannot give you back what you lost, just get a random. It really sucks. And I'm pretty sure that I am not going to get my oranges this time because they are going to think I am lying.

I lost a long range BMG with damage boosts on it. If you got roflstomped by someone in PvP with a BMG there's a chance it was me. I miss it

same here with a purple assault rifle i had modded up, totally gutted but i bloody love the game, just wish the shop's didnt randomly sell weapons so you could replace them, scrip is easy enough to make.

Just wanted to bump this up and call more attention to it. Another weapon of mine disappeared today. Strangely, this time it also locked up my equipment screen and I couldn't put a different weapon in the slot, or even change loadouts until I finagled it some.

Same hing has happened to me. I did a live chat and they replaced both my weapons. It happened to me everytime I joined a group. Needless to say, I am no longer joining any groups.
