    Trion is currently checking port access.

    Because critiques of a company who dont reply to support tickets and dont have a working game is just a horrible thing to do.

    Try live chat or even a phone call. The game has lots of issues that need fixing before they can get out of their way to help a single individual that can't connect to the game. In fact connectivity issues is one of their top priorities as mentioned in the developer's blog. I'm also having certain issues with the game and I haven't been able get proper support from Trion.

    I get what you're saying, but in all honesty, the majority of users don't have the technical knowledge to realize or even understand that type of thing. Couple that with the fact that there have been multiple problems with the game already, and its understandable that people would "assume" the problem is on Trions end. And, is it any more right to attack a user than for a user to attack Trion?

    All I'm getting at is, let's just all take responsibility for our words/actions as reasonable adults and start trying to make the community better, instead of watching or contributing to it devolving into a cesspool.(These comments aren't directed to anyone in particular).
    I just want to see the game and community succeed. Good luck
