Impressed with what Trion are doing overall but the fanboys needs to accept a lot of people are having problems still.

Texas here- NA servers- cant login. Get to character select screen and hit login, then it gives me a critical error and server timeout message. That would be Trion folks, not I.

Seriously at this point, you have to accept that its been 4 days of unplayability for you.

Others on the same server haven't had the problem. You can't fault them for your issue. We hopefully can agree that Trion more than likely isn't targeting you to block from the server unless you've been banned, which is unlikely since you can still connects with alternate characters. At this point the issues HAS to be somewhere on the line between you and Trion but since its not happening to more people the problem moves farther from Trion as the target gets more specific. Maybe its a bad cluster in their server and you're the only one that's affected that's upset enough about it to post here or maybe there was some communication changes included in the patch that your PC setup doesn't like, which is likely since client/server stability was addressed.

Deal with the live chat and hopefully they get you sorted out.

Live support, its an IP issue, seems to have fixed it for me, something was up with the patch and it gave some users issues, this is confirmed, so all the butthurt fanboys can go cry in a corner now.

Read above, youll need live support to throw some IPs at you after they have you command prompt some crap, something to do with the patch and connectivity, idk, im not good with anything internet related. I'm playing fine now. Ignore everybody else, ignorance is bliss.

then the game made me re-down load everything

then it worked for at while

every time I try to climb a latter the system glitch and I restart at the extraction point
when I get into an area there is nothing there and after 20 second everything is there and I die.
I go to an area where there is several players and can not see them

then I play for a half and hour to an hour and the DEFIANCE Servers has timed out

then since then I have gotten the error of my character has ego 218 and when I try to make a new character I get the same error

and for two days so far I can not get in
I went to the trouble shooting page and
deleted the patch.log and re-downloaded the client

not change, what am I to do
can I get a refund I paid $99.99
I should have waited very little pvp I can not find them
I can not get others to work with me for they are not there.

Live support, redownloading wont help, youll need to edit some Ip addresses. They will walk you through it.

edit: pvp is also matchmaking only in the ego menu.
