Grenade Bug

It doesn't always happen, but sometimes I find that if I throw my grenade it immediately explodes in my face and downs me. Not sure if it has anything to do with a 0.0 timer on it, but I haven't had this problem till I downloaded the new patch (Note I'm not throwing at the floor in front of me, it explodes pretty much as soon as it leaves my hand, even when aiming in the air)
Anyone else have this issue or is it just me?

Same for me, i was using a 0.0 sec frag and it would down me sometimes, no matter where i threw it, even in an open field i still went down.

It seems to be completely random, though I did figure out not to throw grenades over railings or down at an enemy on a lower level. It gets me every time.

Enemy fire (and possibly friendly fire) can detonate grenades and rockets in midair.
