Taming the wilds: Part 3 BUG

I am attempting to do the side mission Taming the wilds: Part 3, but I am unable to collect the first sample.
Is any one else having this problem? I abandoned the mission and restarted it, and still having the same issue.

Got the same issue with the samples, they can't be picked up. PC-version.

Same problem, but had the collection thing appear for a fraction of a second once. Can't get it to reappear. Not sure if there's a proper angle or spot you need to be standing, but something is going on with this.

Edit: Got it to work, but the collection node stops working about 7-8 seconds after starting the pursuit. You need to run over as quickly as you can to actually collect it.

Yea im also having the same problem. Can't collect the first sample. Tried the method of rushing there before 7-8 seconds as well. Doesn't work for me. I'm on PC
