My kills reset regardless of what I do. As long as I log out, I lose my progress, plain and simple. I would have no problem spending a 120 round clip from a SAW to kill one hell bug at a time, IF my progress didn't reset every few hours.

Wow, Durva,, yah I don't really care about what you said at all. Since you assume that you know how I play the game that shows exactly the kind of person you are. I've finished all the story and side missions and most of the rampage/hotshots/time trials, so now yes I'm trying to just farm for the pursuits. I'm an EGO 1200 player I've amassed something like 16,000 kills and have nearly fully ranked several weapons (many people have more, many people have less), so don't tell me I don't know how to play. But since this one instance is an issue, yah I'm gonna drive around the arkfalls til I get my pursuit. Stop being a total you know what and calm the F down.

And by the way I never said I was going to do this at peak player hours did I? I'll do it around 6 or 7am EST when the world is nearly empty, did you ever think of that? Of course not, you were to busy making asinine assumptions. I'll was just showing some courtesy and respect to the other players by saying "I'm going to do this." Something you obviously can't get a grasp on.

It is purely a selfish mindset, and it makes you look like a misanthrope. Your actions only serve to harm others in a effort to serve only yourself. Vehicles increase the amount of lag that other players experience. That makes it harder for them to score any weapons experience. It also makes it more likely that they will end up dying as a result. Your vehicle also disrupts lines of site, blinds other players when you drive through them, and makes all of their efforts futile. It makes the events something that they can no longer enjoy.

All to finish off one lousy pursuit which will eventually get fixed probably in a week when they release another patch for the game. It isn't like there is nothing else for you to do in the game, and if this is all that matters to you, and it is the last thing in the game left for you to do. Then it still doesn't make one lick of sense, because you might as well just say you did it, and move on to another game. Getting frustrated is understandable, but taking that frustration out on other players, and ruining their game isn't excusable.

The developer is at fault not the other players, and the fact that you can do something doesn't necessarily make it right. That kind of attitude is purely juvenile, or straight up psychopathic. You should have a little more self respect then this, or is it a little more self esteem. In other words grow up a bit, and stop acting like some immature nimrod. You know this behavior equates to griefing other players so you shouldn't go about in game doing it.

I know I am being brutal about all of this, but these kinds of antics drive players away from these games. That shouldn't be your goal in playing a game like this. Your goal should be to encourage others to stay and play. Even play with you I suppose. You really aren't going to be doing yourself any favors in the long run with this nonsense. You are going to drive away the people you need to stay to keep the game going. Don't add to the problem. Be part of the solution.

I can see both sides of this issue, I have lost several destroy the crystal arkfalls due to driver and explosive ammo killing the skitterlings before they bite. I stand back and shoot the crystal and kill archers and pods when they appear. Now it has been helpful when only a couple of players are at the arkfall, and a driver is killing the outer enemies and a few skitterling always make it through to bite the crystal. Drivers seem to be a problematic on the destroy the crystal arkfalls, other arkfalls they only help to get through the waves faster, and somewhat more efficiently. I really comes down to players understanding what needs to be done to get a successful arkfall win, such as its ok to kill skitterlings on destroy the crystal arkfalls, after they bite the crystal, and before they change into something stronger. But unfortunately many players don't understand this game mechanic, and kill skitterlings indescriminatly.

So the vast majority of gamers are psychopathic you're saying? The path of least resistance my friend, it is basic human nature, and can be seen in every game ever created. It's actually the reason modern society is at where it is at. It is the reason for the remote control, it is the reason for your precious Prima strategy guides, but is also the reason for cheat guides as well. It is a double edged sword, both good and bad for progress.

When I'm in an arkfall people are driving around the crystal I thrive. I stand right next to the crystal, use my overpower charge, put out my extended magazine SAW and fire away. I always end up top 3 that way. So in a way, thank you.

On the other hand I prefer playing the way I think the devs intended, only shooting when the holes open up. Either way, I don't care. I'm not easily offended within video games.
