The first time in any video games history that i have ever seen where an exec from the top of the food chain straight up humbles himself and appologizes...

Ive had my complaints about the game, but after seeing this... im astounded at the maturity and professionalism that they have put forth...

Im not literally tearing but, but by putting that foot forward and stepping up to actually address issues unlike so many companys that either never respond to their gaming community or never address the issues, youve earned your keep in my book.

Ill be deticated to anything yall put out, and support every other title from here on out just for sheer respect of being the first head hancho to step up, man up, and admit faults publicly.

D3 wasn't a fail because of bugs. D3 was a fail because of bad design. The best way they could of appeased the players is loaded that corndog stuffing director into a catapault and vaulting him into a active volcano.

Yeah. Almost a full year AFTER the game was released, not within the month.
