key codes, unlocks, and my xbox character not receive rewards.

I have unlocked level 15 by entering 120 key codes, but i do not have any of the unlocks that I should have. Will someone please direct a Noob on where to go or what i need to do to receive these items. I have reset and logged out of both accounts already. thanx

Have you claimed them from the in game store? There is a section where unclaimed item appear.

You need to claim your rewards through the radial menu. To do this enter your in game menu. Then hold in the left trigger button. This will bring the menu up. Highlight the Defiance store option. On the left hand side scroll down to claim items. Your items should be there. If not check your email, and use the redeem code function.

My vbi recruit title I unlocked over a week ago still has not shown up - I check the store each day and have nothing unclaimed sitting there .... How long does it take for these things to appear?

Submit a support ticket and they should fix it for you.
