Honestly, I agree with Shiny and you're wrong; he has plenty of common sense. You however, do seem to lack both common sense and basic understanding. Do you know what a hitbox is? It's the area you have to hit to get a hit. A smaller character model will have a smaller hitbox (unless some derp wants to try and explain why shooting above them still hurts them) and thus be harder to hit in PvP. A bigger dude has a bigger hitbox and becomes easier to hit. Maybe not by much either way, but enough to save your bacon in more than one situation and make a difference overall. Honestly, even your first example of WoW is kind of wrong. It's a poor example as the genre is pretty different, but you get some clickers who have problems with it (oh, clickers, you so silly).

The Super Mutant (well they do look a lot like Fallouts Super mutants) but Defiance calls them Bio-men / Bio-marines. This would work in the game as they where grown / built by / for the EMC / E-Rep and must number in the millions as soldiers for the Pale Wars. Also probable programmed to be loyal to Earth Government so could be in E-Rep. From one episode and the encounters in the game it is hard to tell the level of intelligence of Bio-men, but cant see why you would make a soldier that wasn't smart enough to survive in battle.

The Bio-men are interesting, and i think they're operating at a basic NCO level..enough to order/bully the other muties around now.
    They're tough & battle-hardenned.
Intelligence is not a nessecity to survive, willpower and total belief in your mission are more useful.

Love fighting these mad Pale Wars veterans

While having my lunch, had a thought on the new races, Eight races in total right!

    1.Human, already got.
    2. Irathient, already got.
3 & 4 Okay easy one to do are going to be Castihan and Indogene as basic humanoid size and shape, fits existing outfits and weapons.
    5. Sensoth can use standard human size weapons but outfit may need changing or new outfits.
    6. Liberata can use standard human size weapons but outfit may need changing or new outfits.
    7. Gulanee (not see yet - energy life-form) unlikely as how would it work in the game?
    8. Volge, the villain race and robotic with built-in weapon. Well we known little about these guys apart from their robots, don't get on with anyone and like to fight. No reason why they couldn't be a payable race (see below *).
    9. The left behind Votan race (no info on these, but their ark may turn up?)

    Mutants and sub-races.
    1. Bio-men / Bio-Marines, can use standard human size weapons but outfit may need changing or new outfits.
    2. EMC Mutants, could be used as a playable character.
    3. Raiders, as above
    4. 99'ers, as above
    5. Dark Matter, as above.

*The problem for some of the above races is that they do not get on with each other or the E-Reps and so would not be invited on the carrier to San Francisco. The DLC may have a different story arc or even different location, Okay for example lets say the DLC start with the Votan government / council sending a team of Ark Hunter (made-up of Castithan and Indogene) to the area to spy on the E-Reps, both story arcs could cross over allowing existing ark hunters to do the new story and new races ark hunter to do existing story.

Sorry for the wall of text.
