Post here if you lost a gun and never got it back after placing you ticket

Ok so I bought a FRC heavy scattergun with 2 mod slots open from a vendor, I was opening the last 2 for some good mods I had prepared, then poof. I did not join or leave anything, i stood in iron demon ranch for 10 minutes until the slots were added, when it finished I had the gun. then I got up to get a drink and when I got back I was mugged and lost my gun. It was not even in the matrix, it was just an unequipped weapon in my inventory that disappeared and I had just found it on sale 10 minutes ago.

So what do i get the option to do? well send a ticket to defiance, the person who lost my gun in the first place. Has anyone gotten anything back from them? if you do please post it here. cause I just got cheated out of 5k scrip and 10k of arc salvage.

i may try the live chat tomorrow and see how far they can help me , i lost a orange VBI assault rifle i was using all the time since i got it , and now really lost some motivation to play the game when not having it available anymore , getting it back would be really great as i the chance to ever recieve it again from a shop is next to none

I can say that Live chat is the way to go. I lost a legendary LMG, live chat Gm gave me two options a teired lockbox, or a random legendary weapon. I chose the weapon. I logged in when i got home from work and it was indeed in my inventory.

I suggest Live chat they were helpful, and very pleasent to deal with.

try picking up a weapon on the ground. when you see one you have two options. 1 tap x to pick it up 2 press and hold x to equip it. try equipping it and see if that fixes it

i opened a ticket for a lost assault rifle i was enjoying at the time, had the ticket closed about 2 weeks later with no response

totally agree , i've had a support chat today and recieved back a item with identical rarity color as i lost, it was a different gun though but it was scaled to my current level , after playing around with it it even like it more than the one i lost yesterday
when the people on the support are so forthcoming i can excuse even such game error... Thanks Trion.
