Looking for Help

Hi,
I am just starting to play Defiance...second day...I am on PS3...I am an old fart (69) and so far liking this game. What I need is help within the game, to see if my 'Chat' system will work.
I wear hearing aids and have them setup through 'Blu tooth" device in the PS3 system, it works hearing the game audio, but don't know if it would work in group situation. My setup is I wear a gadget that is blutooth around my neck, then Pair that with the PS3, now I can hear the audio, but I don't know if the microphone part works or not. (the device is normally used to communicate to cell phones, so my speaking is picked up from the gadget I wear and sent to phone) but not sure if it works the same on PS3.
If somebody would contact me to arrange an ingame meeting to test things out I would appreciate it very much.
You would need Patience tho'. LOL cause I am not sure how to type on the chat thingy...

It would be kind of hard to test it out, because the chat isn't working out too well yet on the game. Maybe someone who have more knowledge on this can help you. I haven't really bother with the mic yet since it isn't working as it should be.

to test if the mics working on PS3 follow this:
- Go to accessory settings
- Audio Devices Settings
- make sure mice level is not off
- Choose your input and output device (the bluetooth headset you were using)
- start speaking

Here you should be able to hear your self and can test how load want others to hear you by adjusting mic level i f you can't hear any voice then maybe the headset is not supported.
There are tutorials in YouTube to setup headsets probably try searching for some.
