After buying a vehicle, is there really a point of using scrip?

Do any of you really use a lot of scrip? It's just so easy to come by. I actually bought a Dodge Challenger for a new player because I didn't have anything else to do with it. Also, I'm hearing rumors about dirtbikes?

I just started buying all the Rollers and Runners I could afford. Only because I think one day there will be a pursuit with having a certain number of them. Like collecting mounts in other games.

Scrip at this point is only for buying guns that you want to level then tossing them away.
I buy a cheap pistol, level it, and sell it back.

If I could use Scrip on inventory slots I would, but they want real money for that.
I don't believe in using real money for any virtual item, never have and never will.

Better to buy all the vehicles on special since they come every so often. Cheapens the deal by a few hundred thousand.

Once you get to about 100,000 scrip there's no reason to get more for awhile. This will last you an ample amount of time while occasionally spending some on Tier 3 Lockboxes and trash weapons for weapon exp. At that point you just salvage everything you find so you can purchase key codes.

Note: EGO Evolution V(?) requires you to obtain 1,000,000 scrip (not all at once) so that may be something to keep note of as well.

Scrips are so useless in the game. We need massive-scrips-sink. Maybe something for Origins, it kinda bugs me Im Outlaw but it doesnt mean anything. Give all your scripts to your origin and get awesome stuff!

Yeah, I wish they would put more stuff that would cost us a lot of scrip. Like, add all the pre-order vehicles, make them worth like 50,000 or something.

Think I have something like 200k scrip, life-time total of near 700k...ya...I go and buy 10-20 junk weapons for leveling skill purposes, sell back what I find from using like...4...make my money back with interest. Also have like 500k arkfall resource but im currently building up mainly because i dont want 10-20 good items sitting in my inventory possibly going to a merchant on accident.

Buy green weapons from vendor truck and breakdown into ark salvage, then buy keys with the salvage. I occasionally see a purple vendor special I want, so I leave myself about 20k scrip and convert the rest to ark salvage.
