What gun?

I have been seeing a gun that shoots one blue bullet then when it hits the target or the ground it blows up into like 4 or 5 more blue bullets and I don't know what it is or how to get it can someone please tell me how to get it and what it is.

That sounds like the rebounder rocket launcher the swarm rocket launcher or the ground pounder.

Check the vendors. They all have one or two dynamic items that change every hour or so. Otherwise you'll have to buy lockboxes and hope one pops up randomly, or that one drops randomly.

pretty sure it's the rebounder rocket launcher only, as the ground pounder is not blue(and is only 3 mini grenades), don't think swarm is either.

Ah yes, the VOT Swarm Cannon, or the Lag Cannon as my friends and I call it, because the Legendary version seems to cause a small amount of lag when used.

If you think the swarm cannon is bad try a rebounder cannon in co op.

I have actually. Used to use it before I came across the pretty blue spheres that the swarm cannon makes. I've never had problems with anything but the swarm cannon. Imagine 4 all going off at once. xD
