Same here my friend. Took part in Beta and now the game and have lost quite a few weapons including two "Orange" shotguns that went in a sale which they were not sold in lol. All part of the growing here i suppose and take the plus with the negative, "take it on the chin", plenty more cool weapons available. Good luck

my advice: don't do any mission if you have weapons in salvage matrix they tend to disappear afterwards

I've had about 5 items disappear. Most of them vanished when in the salvage and a pvp que would pop or a Co-Op. However i have had a few simply vanish after purchase. You can contact Trion's live chat and they will restore "a weapon" of the same quality lost, but it's complete RNG as to what you may get because they can't restore a specific weapon. Say you lost your Dream Orange weapon with your favorite effect.... they may replace it with an orange pistol with no effect. It is however better than nothing. Good Luck to ya.

i have lost my favorite gun yesterday, i suggest to contact chat support , they are very friendly and helpful, although its not possible to restore the same gun , they gave me a identical value item which is just as good if not better than what i have lost

i lost the same rifle twice it seams to happen when i put 4 mod slots on it.
