XBOX 360 - Crash, loadout problems, and missing item

I just submitted a ticket about this (#1496285), but I wanted to go into more detail. I had just switched from a green FRC SAW that I'd maxed out back to my trusty blue FRC SAW and started the process of stripping the mods from the green FRC SAW. Then my game crashed and when I got back in, the green FRC SAW seems to be equipped again but does not show up in the Primary slot (the Primary slot is completely blank). I can't swap to my Secondary weapon, I can't select or change anything in my loadout, and I can't cycle loadouts. My blue FRC SAW also seems to be gone, which sucks because I love that gun.

Help?

Well unfortunately your one saw is gone... No comming back. But! I did make this thread in link to tell you how to fix the rest of the glitch. Please leave a post confirming it works!

Same here I cannot access any load outs nor switch to my secondary weapon, this is a MAJOR PROBLEM and they need to address it before they lose their fan base

Hello I'm having a problem again and it keeps happening a lot now yesterday I had 23 keystones now I have 10 now my scraps were 20000 and now I have 8000 missing my purple bolt action my purple shotgun and I sent a email,post text,and tech support inquiry about all of this and I bought one tier 3 and 2 and got nothing for it two weeks when all of this started up. Can somebody plz help? And with all of this I bought number of character skins and slots in hopes this problem can resolved soon. I love the game and can't wait to see what happens next in the game.
