map navigation bug

got new bug today. when i open the map (M key)

can't point a place with right click.

the server restart broke a lot of things, Waypoints are one of these things.

Arkfalls don't work
enemy pathing is gone so they just spawn and stand in the event that they do spawn.
Spawning of random events is broken, no enemies will appear.

I suspect its in regards to the "fix" to make the armistice events spawn better
