I work in Tech Support (not here) so it pisses me off when I see threads about threats for support. I can guarantee you it is the worst way to get an answer, it will be ignored. They might be a business, but it's humans behind it and none of them will take it seriously or care if there is a threat in it.
I guess I could have explained it in a more friendly way, but seeing that kind of thing all day long doesn't set the mood in a proper way.
But yeah, I wish they would at least answer all the threads with "something". That's what I do at work and it gives a sense of acknowledgement, else the consumer base just feels ignored. But even then, they did put a post on the front page about all the issues, so I don't understand why people still have to say they will bring this to "trading standards" without a valid case.
Your point is valid about the issues, but there will be no magic solution that's going to pop about this. It takes time to plan, develop and release patched to fix all the issues (probably even got denied at sony which doesn't help the cause)
