Primary weapon disappeared, now character is unplayable

My purple primary weapon disappeared from my inventory upon login - my character shows no weapon in primary slot. When I try to hit Y to switch to secondary, it will not change and I'm locked into being "unarmed". Basically I can't play this character until this is fixed. I've already submitted bug reports "in game" and received no response or help from anyone.

My Hellbug hat has also disappeared or morphed into shady shades.

I tried adding a slot to a purple weapon last week and it disappeared from my inventory.

Is anyone else having issues like this? How long until my character is playable again? Can't do much in a shooter when you can't shoot!

Same thing just happened to me. Abandoned Comondeer Cronkite's CO-OP as it was bugged for us all and when I re-emerged into the open game world I have no primary weapons and none of my loadouts will allow me to change to primary weapon. Inventory screen still says they're equipped tho.

Same for me - logged in today and was missing two weapons. Also cannot switch between loadouts. I"m stuck in loadout #3.

same here. the weapon i had in the first slot is gone and now i cant switch weapons, cycle through loadouts or even equip different weapons... please help i put a lot of time into this character and would like to keep it.

Yep, I'm having this problem as well. Last night I looted a SS-2 Ranger sniper rifle and was thrilled I finally found one, then the servers went down for their 5 hour "restart" and when I logged in today after work my weapon is gone, the slot is empty, and I cannot change my loadout. Rather irritated with this...

This happened to my friend a week ago, sent 4 tickets, no response back.
Thats why they don't give you a phone #. Because it would not stop ringing!

While this doesn't get me anything, I submitted a complaint to the BBB regarding the lack of service/technical support this company provides. When I give you money, I expect something in return. If one were to get a burger made of literal crap from McDonald's you do not finish it with a smile, you take it back inside and throw it in their face and demand to get what you pay for. We're living in America (well, most of us), and when you live in America and something sucks or is broken you should be able to get your money back.

I got a fix for invisible primary gun.

1-Enter Reservoir Chicken Hotshot Challenge.
2-Empty The gun.
3-Open inventory. (Do not press Y to switch setup yet)
4-Equip a Gun in Primary.
5-Press Y check if any other setup is affected and Repeat for any other bugged setup.

So yea had the same issue with only 1 load out showing up so after a few min of nothing working I exited the game completely and then logged back in. Load outs started working again but I am missing 3 weapons that were fully modded and 1 of them being purple. Now I can live with a number of problems, but having players lose items that they earned in game will kill a game of any form.
