I like PVP. I want to like Defiance PVP. But when 90% of every match is Shotguns, something is not balanced.

i dont think it ruins it, a lot of people plays with other guns and kill as much as a shotgun, yeah it needs balance but no need to take them out, firtst pvp experience could be a little annoying, but you get used to it

it's not the shotguns that are oped. It's the lack of any sort of combat other than point blank range thanks to godlike cloak

I use a legendary assault rifle most of the time, you don't have to use shotties. No i mean learn to play, if you just suck and can't hang then just PVE. There is no way to nerf shotties in PVP without making them nerfed for players in PVE that could care less about PVP other than casual play.

I use the bmgs, infectors and detonators to counter shotguns if they get ridiculous! You need to stop complaining about shotguns and get better. If something doesn't work, change your strategy you freaking whiny gamers! God every game has these sissies there is always unbalance and there never can be a perfect balance but being a better and smarter player can help offset that!

1. I'd be surprised if even 1/4 of the game's player base PvP'd on a regular basis.
2. This is why we have separate rules for PvE and PvP.
