With blur your not invisible no.. but when you can close the distance with a dramatic speed increase, even able to jump over other players heads forcing them to turn around, SHOTGUNS will win.
With Decoy you can be spotted a bit away, send your Decoy toward them which will act as an extra shield, it ALSO teleports you to it..which then you use your shotty up close...
Your little comment "you can try" is funny in itself seeing as how I use Blur + shotty and will destroy you if you were using an LMG but my other post still stands, if any1 can beat me with any combo of skills + wep except for shotty i'll give you 10k Scrip and an Orange wep

Both have stealth with full speed, no extra abilities needed.
I know there are several others out there that Ive played, just cant recall them at the moment. Rohan might be one, cant remember if assassins were full speed or not for sure, i think so though.
I don't use decoys like you think. I send them into a corner of the map and charge into a building, as soon as I get shot swap place. Needless to say its funny watching them sweating to kill a decoy.

All it takes really is some thinking outside the box. Mod a weapon to do something that you never thought it would be able to do, such as sniping with an LMG. Buddy of mine took a FRC Heavy Assault Carbine and modded it into a 3 shot burst. It outdamages my Saw, and my Saw wrecks house. The only advantage that I have over him is clip size. Reloading gets him killed. xD
On the note of swapping places with a decoy. I've often thought of pairing that with a close range weapon, like a shotgun or mazu blast rifle with syphon. High risk/reward sort of thing. A catalyst injector with a mazu's high rate of fire, I imagine, would make syphon trigger quite frequently. If paired with a good timed decoy swap, IE, before the opponent gets there (if you can see him that is), then you can likely take them by surprise. After all, who uses a decoy to get into the line of fire? Cloakers would still be a problem, though minute at best.
EDIT: Tank type perks as well as a high capacity shield would of course be a must.
