I cant swap weapons Help!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

When i press Y to swap weapons nothing happens When i press start go to my character my primary weapon is missing and i am not able to select anything in this menu Please help

Not sure, try logging off completely from the game, exit out (Go to Dashboard) and restart the game. If the problem persists send a message to the Trion team via the game. Good luck!

This happened to me and there's a thread somewhere detailing a workaround but I'm not sure where it is. The basics to fix this is to keep questing/fighting enemies and when one drops a weapon as loot go up to it and hold the X button to pick it up and automatically equip it it. This will unlock your character and everything should go back to normal. Not sure if it works with the red glowing weapons on some missions but it should work with a normal weapon dropped as loot.
