So I have been getting the mod caches from vendors and all i get are brutal ones. I had to of gotten dozens of the caches now and almost all of them are brutal. i need quartermaster ones, anyone know where to get them? cause i only get brutal atm.

you can only get brutal and run and gun from vendors. fractions have they own respected mods. But i think mods like quartermaster, cannoneer still aren't in the game.
