any with a Challenger and/or a cerberus that is willing to give a player a ride? I am usually on between 11:00 PM and 1:00 AM Eastern time. I am currently working on Madera quests. I am willing to give rides to anyone who needs the pursuit for rollers.

There's a pursuit for riding as a passenger. I think that's what the OP is after...
i could use this too, i need to get that pursuit done and need to ride shotgun.
my challenger's passenger seat is empty, but it may have some dog hair, and remains of that hell bug I ran over next to Tok's place....
I just stood next to the passenger seat of my car and kept getting in and out and my passenger mileage went up.

yes, I was talking about getting the pursuits. I really do not want to get in and out of my car 2000 times.
