The first ended 2nd hasn't started. Bring up the circle then top right then click goals and there they are

I read an interview with one of the writers for the show and they said that the Episode 2 missions will probably kick in after the 5th or 6th episode of the show airs because the new missions involve a character from the show that travels to San Francisco.
