Elder Scrolls online or Defiance?

elder scrolls for me too, I like the idea of the big battles that they are gonna have in it like storming fortresses and having the free will to do what you want in spells and abilities.
I properly will be the lizard man race since I love Reptile's, plus i enjoyed Skyrim very much.

yeah i saw that in their gameplay trailer. that looks so cool.

I won't be buying the ps4, seeing as how little games are actually on the ps3 that Appeal to me. Xbox on the other hand is full of games and exclusives that appeal to me. So trusting microsoft to continue with their great line of games, i'm buying the next xbox.

IF you spend the time, looking at their own published lists, and do some quick reasoning by eliminating titles from that console itself that were re released in silver/gold/classics/hits editions, remove the titles that they count that are downloaded and easily played on any cell phone today, you will have about 974 titles on xbox360, meanwhile, there are over 6,000 on ps3, which by the way, are not regionally locked, are are playable in any language no matter which country it originated from. add to that library anything from ps1, and, if you still have the original ps3, anything from ps2 + the library of everything made from atari2600 to game cube I can play using linux 5.4... without voiding my warranties... well.. you can easily see which has more games.

But, if "your" type of game is a genre where you spend $60-$70 and get only an average of 4-18 hours of gameplay out of it.. then by all means, stick with gays of war and halo, and halo, and halo.....

nono.. it's a common misconception that xbox has more games.. it is also common that it has more online players... which is another area that ps3 users have more than DOUBLE the number of online players thaan xbox live.. why? well.. it helps that the console and it's games are region free, and in a GLOBAL MARkET.. and not just stuck to the small group that makes up american tweens..


and yes.. somebody will come say "ah.. random numbers posted from some guy" go ahead.. go to the official listings from each and count them out, then look up listings from 3rd party sites, then, sit down, and reasonably verify that games arent being double counted... something xbox has a real BAD habit of doing... I Own several pc and electronics shops, with loyal customers. Loyal because I give them the hard data, allowing them to see side by side comparisons of not only facts, but of appearances, I even do blind "taste testings" in my theatre department... it might supprise you to know that of the 2 consoles, 10/10 people chose the ps3 over xbox without knowing it, based on sound and graphics alone. Does it do it better than I can make a PC doi it? NO.. never.. but of those consoles, not including pc.. ps3 trumps them in every aspect, from library, playable formats, capability, durability, less cost.. the list goes on.

anyways.. lets get back into defiance and hopefully get Trion to fix/improve it before launch.

Wrong, you forgot one thing....the one thing Xbox 360 trumps the ps3 in. The very reason I turned in my ps3 for an xbox360 because I just couldn't take it anymore. Communication, communication is the one thing the Xbox excels out. With several ways to talk to your pals it makes the system seem so much less constrained, on the PSN I felt so claustrophobic and kinda lonely because I couldn't talk with everyone at one time, text doesn't count. However the ps4 promises this, so now it is better than the Xbox in every way....
