Skruggin' finally! Got my black Challenger.

Well, I feel like God's gift to driving now... Just finished my last Gold medal to get my Black Challenger... These races were HARD, like, "I'm never going to play another racing game ever again" hard. I was curled toe, white knuckling it the whole time. The game's wonky terrain and "hovercarft" feel the quad had, coupled with my bad Internet, I could not make a SINGLE mistake the whole race, because it would most often cause an immediate fail. (My latency causes the race to add an extra 3-10 seconds onto my finish time when I cross the finish line) (This was most apparent on the 52 second Gold medal race, kept getting 51 seconds, and of course, the game's all like, WRONG, you got 57 this time! D:<)

Worst, driving experience, EVER... I even had to be clairvoyant a few times there, because the rings were loading slower than I was moving, but the game was still counting it as me having pasted the gates, so I was basically guessing a few times there during the race when the gates would lag behind, on which way I was actually supposed to go next.

Oh, AND DON'T EVEN GET ME STARTED ON EMERGENCIES SPAWNING ON THE RACE TRACK *ANGRYFACE* >:| In San Fran, I had to keep re-doing the Armistice day instance where Dark matter is attacking a group of what appears to be Echelon mercs, because it kept re-spawning right over the gates, with no way to actually go through the gate. (A skruggin' APC was parked directly inside of the circle...) All of my hate. /end rant

Did anyone else go through this hell too? These races were my Nim, I swear! The rest of the game runs perfectly fine, even during a 50 person Arkfall, barely any lag at all. Yet for some reason, God forbid a few circles attempt to spawn! Ohhh time trials, how I hate you so. Never more, never more, for I've just used the only Poe reference that I know.

Personally, I found all the races pretty easy... Most of them were gold first try, if not they were silver and gold by at least try number 3 or 4... :P

Wow, 18 days later you got the black dodge. You really make it seem so hard. I got mine awhile back, and did all the time trailer in 2 hours. Vehicle level I start with was level 1.

Pretty much same experience as this. But I will admit the races seemed a little more difficult with a second (new) character. Maybe the races were tweaked? Or maybe I just got used to having a higher driving skill ... but nonetheless I was able to get the golds pretty easily during the first week of release. Biggest issue was finishing all the races and then having to go back and finish all the main missions to open up San Fran.

Seriously if you've played any racing game these "challenges" were way to easy... only one of them took me 4-5 tries to beat..

You don't need to hit the thing in the middle... basiclly touch it on it's edge and it counts... and boost boost boost

Congrats. It was tough at first, but after I got into the groove, and got some tips from a friend, I knocked most of them out within the hour. Lol.
