In game feedback and bug report

Pressing F6 brings up this menu where you can access the suggestion and bug report options. My question is do these options work? Or is the web-page on support the only place to post bugs and suggestions? This question is obviously for an employee of Trion to answer.

I just made a full, and very high detail conversation with a TRION GM, on their website. Their reply was do in-game bug reports. rather than messaging them.

Thanks for the report regarding Arfkall and AI bugs in Defiance. Unfortunately, this is an issue in which we are unable to provide an immediate fix or workaround for you. Our development team is still in need of information from players, so that they may replicate this issue. The best way to do this is for you to submit a bug report, to explain the issue and how it happened in your own words.

To report a bug in-game:

1. Press 'Start'
2. Press and hold (LT for Xbox)
3. Use your joystick to select 'Settings'
4. Select 'Submit Feedback'
5. Select a Category (Comment, Bug, Other) and enter text explaining the bug you currently have or feedback you have about Defiance.

Please know that it is important for the bug report to come from your character. Not only does it allow you to explain the issue in detail, in your own words, it will also automatically attach critical pieces of character information to your bug report for our QA team to review.

ALL XBL accounts trying to play are experience the same problem. Basically all spawn parameters for AI/NPC work FINE but all they can do is initiate some dialogue and then stand there or shoot. Basically AIM-BOTS. The problem began roughly around the 6:30P CMT. With no change or solution. Since most main missions are based on the movement or action of a NPC all missions are "bugged". As for ARKFALLS there are two major ARKFALL events on a constant and recurring loop. What I mean by this, is that their clock has been running since 6:30p CMT. At the locations there is no scenery, no AI, no target or applicable attack point and no way to eliminate or "finish" said ARKFALLS.

Yes...F6 works...turned in a bug report today myself
