I'm having a problem picking up the ( I all got ) recorder I can see it but not pick it up can someone help me please

It's a common enough bug to not be able to interact with items, not a big one just an annoying one. Usually you just have to exit the game and restart, sometimes a simple log off to character select works, worst case exit so you enter another server.
