All you have to do is enter an email, confirm it, and you get the code. Enter it into "Redeem Code" on Xbox live and you'll be downloading it!
It's running a total of 5.29g so make sure you've got the room for it!

Yip had to delete a game before it would start downloading.
I deleted a bunch of demos and other crap I didn't need about a week ago to prep for Defiance. I've got like 30 GB free now.
