Character Bug / Loss of wep

Hi

Just seeing if anyone else has had this problem. It happened to me 2 days ago and am still waiting for a reply from CS.

I logged off one night in my loadout with a Purple VBI SS Ranger Semi-auto sniper (x4 Assassins syngery) & a Shotgun with x4 Assassins syngery. Logged back on the next day, had a different weapon equipped (another shotgun in my inventory). Then I realized I could not swap weapons so I went in character menu.... then i realized i also could not swap loadouts and that the main weapon slot was blank (black). I also could not change grenade/vehicle/shield/perks or anything in the character menu..... then i went to my inventory and equipped another wep from there and my wep did change but still one had 1 wep..... Then i tried to play shadow wars to try unbug it maybe and after re spawning a few times it seemed to fix its self but I lost my VBI SS Ranger sniper which I had equipped before the issue happened.

So anyone else have a problem like this?

This is a known current issue - send in a ticket via support, or contact Live chat in five and a half hours.

Yeh, I sent a ticket about 40 hours ago. hard for me to do live chat as i'm in Aus..... Thanks for info but.

Hate to say it, but if you want it fixed you're pretty much going to need to get on live chat. Every ticket I've sent in has gotten a copy and paste response thus far.

Yeah might have to do it one morning before work..... I really want my VBI SS ranger back as the x4 assassin syngery works real well.

Had the exact same thing happen to me on ps3 and before raising a ticket i thought id jump on the forums to see if it was wide spread or patch related. Logged off and when i came back on the class that i'd left myself on was blank in the primary, checked inventory and it was gone...

Logged off and when i came back on i'd lost my fav weapon:-

(Blue) Detonator Class
Dmg 1212 (wayyy over any other Detonator i've seen so far which average 808)
Mag 5

You could fire all or a select few rounds which stuck to environment or enemy and manually trigger them by pressing square which at the same time reloaded the mag, this was my fav weapon on the whole game and so far, a great crowd clearer and to my knowledge only a random arkfall find or something, might even have been at Blood Bath Gorge near the Item boxes were some raiders hang out nearby... i cant remember

Ummz if you get a helpful response from your ticket that results in the good people at trion giving you your gun back please post.

I'm over in the UK so i'm gunna wait till US wakes up and hit the live chat, if i get anything i'll post on here.

Same here, lost my favourite AR...

Before patch it was in my weapon slot, after patch weapon slot was empty... nothing in inventory.

Made a ticket, but I guess I have to jump on chat....

You're not going to get it back. All the GMs will do (if they do anything) is give you a random item. They can't recreate specific items.
