Replay Question

Apologies in advance if this has been answered but I couldn't find a reference to it.

I'm always concerned when choosing something tells you that it will reset your information which is exactly what you get warned when you go to the first mission to replay.

What I want to know is if I choose to replay does everything else remain as is AND more importantly when new missions get added will I be able to do them or will the game perceive that I have not yet got that far?

All side missions will disappear. They will reappear when you "unlock" them again by doing the appropriate story mission. Side missions you have finished will not reappear, so you can't replay them.

You also keep all your fast travel points. However, I am unsure if there is the bot guarding the bridge before you do the last mission. It matters little as you can simply port to SF.

i have redone most of the 2nd run through i am on SF and just done the medical suplies mission. you dont loose pursuits or anything, just resets the main missions. the robot is on the bridge but you can just fast travel.

My concern is I start replying on a whim, DLC or New content arrives that follows on from Nim BUT because I am replying the game won't offer me them?

After each mission you get a random gear chest, that is essentially a single item lock box.
I got the legendary AR that I'm currently using out of one, so I'd say they're extremely worth replaying.

nope. lol..... waste of time to be honest for exp ,, all its doing is helping with leveling guns and gettins goals done. ive about finished all the combat ones.
