Account Items Cross Platform

I have a question on Pre-order bonuses - If I purchase the Xbox 360 and apply those pre-order items to my account from say Gamestop and then purchase the PC version from Steam or Amazon and apply those preorder codes to my acct. Will I have access to BOTH of the bonuses on both platforms?

I know the Characters will not transfer but I was wondering if the preorder bonuses will.

Items will stack per platform you buy them on. PC items will not stack with console items. But if you buy 3 copies of Defiance for Xbox, one at Best Buy one at GameStop and one at Amazon, those items will stack.
