Porting xbox character to ps3?

got my copy of defiance on the xbox but all my friends have it on the ps3, i have put hours and hours into my xbox account. Is there a way if i were to get a copy on ps3 to put my xbox character onto ps3??? The character's are sever saved so can this work??? If so how????

you cant do it , people have already asked about moving characters to different systems and you cant.

So, I was just researching if I bought the PC version if I could play on my 360 and PC with the same character. Guess this answers my question. Shame, could be even more revenue for Trion, but I suppose the logistics of this are broader then I imagine.

Pretty sure this has never been an option in any multiplat release... ever. Way to much of a nightmare to do.
