i thought i was on the guide menu so i hit Y and A to return to the dashboard, but i wasnt and it deleted my character,
i immediately sent a message to support asking for them to undelete my character, don't know what else i can do has anyone had this issue or success with character restoration?
Sounds like a personal problem.

god ive put more hours than i can count into that one character, id setle for a restore too an weekback evan, why they do they have a press y to delete option when we are so used to hiting guide, y, and a to quit to dash board. someone interuptred me and i thought i was still on the guide menu

hey its an easy mistake we make these same patterns of button press's so regularly, so when something like this happens to you and some on says "Pay attention to what you are doing." you will appreciate how unhelpful that sentence is.

Generally in mmo's gms will be very helpful in this mather, just send a ticket asking for assistance in retriving your char, chances are you'll get it back, but there might be minor rollbacks on it.

I wouldn't listen to any of these jacka**es they just find it easy to say all this because it hasnt happened to them... I would like to help I just dont know how. My best advice would be to report it, and being that you payed for the game, you should at least get support in accidents like this. Do you have proof of the character existing?
