Seems like people are trolling in you, if so I don't get why. Like the guy above me said, submit a ticket and see if they can get your character back for you. It could be likely, it might not be but worth a shot. Hope it works out for you

I wouldn't listen to any of these jacka**es they just find it easy to say all this because it hasnt happened to them... I would like to help I just dont know how. My best advice would be to report it, and being that you payed for the game, you should at least get support in accidents like this. Do you have proof of the character existing? i thought i was on the guide menu so i hit Y and A to return to the dashboard, but i wasnt and it deleted my character,
i immediately sent a message to support asking for them to undelete my character, don't know what else i can do has anyone had this issue or success with character restoration?

If they don't respond to your ticket or don't help, you could always try Live GM Chat on trions support page.

You should pop this into suggestions to make it harder to delete a character, there are probably alot of other people out there who have done it or had a close call. Possibly make it so you have to hold only Y and left down on dpad then go up and select accept.
I have always hated it on xbox live when messaging a friend as the delete friend option is right below it, and it doesn't give you the option to cancel. Luckily that only takes 5 minutes to set back up again, with a slightly humiliating message to the friend, this is just painful.

Unfortunate mate, may yours be of the only time it happens to the good people on here, the rest of you can just cry.
