Success, i highly recommend useing trion worlds live chat support, i had to wait around for an hour but once i got someone they asked my email address and character name and boom they restored my character almost instantly, everythings there except the clan i made today of which i was the only member
go to trion worlds website and find the live chat support and talk to them.

some people seemed to think they wouldn do it and my support desk ticket was sitting there unanswered for some time i was starting to think my hours wasted on playing defiance were completely wasted, (not that i think playing defiance is a waste of time thats just what outsiders think of gaming especially if you obsessive like me)
Glad to hear you got your char restored, the lack of a verification process when deleting chars have many times worried me when deleting various alts.

they should add a 24h easy char restore on the menu so that if you change your mind or do what i did you can restore it yourself
