OMG ive just deleted my charcater by accident HELP

sorry bout your character...gives me chills thinking about it happening to my hunter. (though my characters hair-cut is pissing me off) Word of advice to all other xbox Ark Hunters... take your time in the menus and titles screens...you may rush and press the wrong buttons. Trion should implement a pop-up window that double checks weather you want to do a certain action like 'deleting character'.

i thought i was on the guide menu so i hit Y and A to return to the dashboard, but i wasnt and it deleted my character,
i immediately sent a message to support asking for them to undelete my character, don't know what else i can do has anyone had this issue or success with character restoration?

Live chat support would be your best bet. The in game support is sketchy

I had this happen to me on a diffrent game and it is a pain in the *** but all you can do is start again

Its fixed just got live chat support and they recovered my char in 30 seconds, logically they have to keep several backups in case a bug wipes a few chars or the entire server gets formatted.

Its good to hear you got it back, to all the negative childish replies on here have you thought about going to play something more your age range, i hear leapfrog are now doing a new dora the explorer speak and spell range
