Vendor Question regarding White Challenger at Iron Demon Ranch

Okay, so If there is a vendor special say for example a "White Challenger". Are there unlimited?, can anyone purchase these in the hour it is on sale for, does the vending machine just keep spitting the cars out until the vendor special clock expires or is there only 1 being sold and the second it's purchased, does the vendor move straight onto the next special? Is it 1st to purchase gets it? The reason I ask is because I was at a vehicle vendor yesterday and there were about 15 people watching the counter count down, as soon as the clock hit 0:00 and the next item appeared someone bought it in a split second and it straight away went onto another item. Are you following?? It makes it like ebay with a 1st come 1st served mentality. Anyone know?

Well for one, Vendor specials is different for every person. Say two people are looking at the same vendor. One could have a Special for a Rank III mod, and the other could have a Special for a Gun.

You can only buy a special one time during it's duration. Then it's sold out for you.

Oh wow, thanks dude. I thought whatever the special was it was for everyone. That's actually good to know that the special is only for you. Takes some of the pressure off. But I did see one special click over then suddenly it was gone a few seconds later and I didn't purchase it. I thought someone bought it. Maybe it was a glitch.

Well when a Special Timer hits 00:00:00 It will swap a couple times in a second then stop on a new special. Kind of like a Dice Roll.
