There were some server issues which resulted in them having to do emergency maintenance and there was a rollback of a couple hours. Most people lost some progress, but since you created your account & character during that time when the issues start it was wiped out in the rollback. Will have to create them both again.
I'm guessing that you're on PC and using the NA servers and you made the character during the period of time that got rolled back.Originally Posted by BluePsion
