    Grinding is Lame - Explained

If you just grind your way through the fun part of the game, which.. the fun part is experiencing the quests for the first time, and PVPing with slight disadvantage or no advantages on a level field... then you just wind up with nothing to do in the game and will be bored and want to quit. Why rush through the entertaining journey just to get to the boring destination? I've been ****** EGO 1500+ people in PVP since the get-go. Its skill based. Dont worry about grinding, just enjoy it. You're wasting your 60 dollars spent on the game. You're wasting it because you're turning the game you paid for into a grind fest instead of an enjoyable, memorable experience.

Also - People who feel like they need to accomplish something in a video game rather than just enjoy it and let all of that come as it does... have probably never accomplished something in real life, which is why they feel the need to do it in a video game.

And there are those people that did both main and side quest, hotshot, etc., and now grinding.

Sooo.. why do you continue to play if you're just grinding? Thats a serious question.. Are you REALLY enjoying doing the same thing over and over? Are you using a video game as a virtual replacement for your real life, and need some accomplishment in it? Or do you ACTUALLY enjoy grinding?

And the "u mad" thing is kindof old. Questioning ones emotional state on the internet is kinda pointless, just like questioning one's sexual preference. Basically just generic, insecure, defensive attempts at insulting with no merit. Good job covering your troll-ground though.

So basically, everyone just says they grind because they desire the high ego rating. But they can't explain WHY they desire the high ego rating. Is the game going to become more fun once you have it? Or are you using that high ego rating as a way to feel accomplished and boost your self esteem? If self esteem and accomplishment is your goal for video games, then thats great, I suppose.. but if FUN is your goal, then.. well..

So your the type of kid that buy new things, and get bored easy and move on?. I mean come on I bought the game of course I am going to stay as long as I want, and do what I want.

By the way. Which MMO that's out there doesn't need to grind?... LMAO Even WoW you grind.

Perk slot, more bags. And waiting for new content. You should be asking Trion. Why isn't there anything else to do in the game other to grind. Game been out for 19 days. All you could come up with is blame the player? and not the game. LMAO. Ever heard of "Don't hate the playa, Hate the game."

I think if you preorder the game you get xp boost, Trion also give you boost time for all the problems, I got ban for no reason and i got free XP boost. Even clan member buy clan EXP boost. Those boost is on a timer. I don't want to waste it.

I havn't. I'm EGO 951 and I have not even completed the main missions... and i've only done ONE side mission. Just one. Only one. I have completed each of the coop match instances a few times, but those are pretty fun. The rest of my exp came from PVP, which is ridiculously fun.. especially shadow wars.

And, by your logic, if you pay for something and you use it up, you'll keep re-using it, even though its dull and boring now, just because you paid for it? So now you paid 60 dollars to be bored? Shouldn't you cut your losses and just move on if the game doesnt add enough content and requires you to repeat the same task over and over?

Have you seen some of the gear you can get from completing pursuits? They're BA so why wouldn't I grind to get them sooner rather than later?

I don't know.. maybe I should just wait it out. Wasting my money, the free trion boost and waste the person money that support the clan with boost.
