Kill Counter reseting numerous times

in both PvP and PvE specifically Ark Fall kills my counter resets. its at the point were its just ******ed cause I have put in a number of bug reports and tickets and still nothing has happened and I am not the only one with this issue. I have pretty much completed the Ark fall kills 3 times over cause it has reset 3 times when I am at 600-800 kills. please give me credit and fix the bugs. how were these things not troubleshot before the game went live??

I agree I have also had the same problem on the ps3 I want my title!!!
