Thank you dev team, community team, and anyone else in Trion and Syfy for having the boldness to go after such an idea of a TPS MMO for all platforms.

You have done it and it is FUN!

Praise will be given where praise is due. And they have put in the time for praise and we can be thankful for a game even if some feel it to be mediocre.

Otherwise by your standards no one or nothing deserves praise in this world because as a species we have been mediocre at best, and a plague to this world at worst.

Do as you will then. why strive to be or do better when so many will praise you just for feeble "twerking in hell" effort. This sort of things has become the norm in MMO development thanks to enabling apologists who are willing to be happy with anything

Its either be a pessimist and only see the bad or a realist and see the realistic expectations that come from developing a MMO type game.

Where your bound to always have flaws early on and can only find these flaws by opening the gates for the public to test and stress your game and infrastructure.

Its not that these companies who go for the lofty goal to release a game for everyone to enjoy together purposefully release a game thats not ready. Some might have done this but others try to release a working game.

I guess with those who are thankful(please correct me if im wrong thankful people) most see that the vision and work it takes to release such a game is hard and to expect a 100% working MMO to be at 100% within its first few months of release is unreasonable.

Now a game that is static, on a cartridge like they were back in the day, or on a disk now, if it released with issue and there was no support in sight to show the consumer that these issue will be resolved. That would be delusional of those to praise the people who released a game that wasn't completely working.

Now with the DLC era of gamers and game developers. I will admit some use this window of opportunity to maybe shortcut themselves. Because if there is a problem, it can be fixed with a patch/update/DLC that could be released later.

We never had this before but in todays game market this is becoming more a common solution to hastly game developments.

Knowing that Trion will be fixing these issues over time. People see that, and have the respect to give them time to prove themselves. I choose to be more of a realist and an optimist than a pessimist and someone who holds unreal expectations over those who truely can't ever meet them.

because the idea to be able to have a 100% working MMO day 1 is more delusional than what we have now. It takes years of work to iron out most MMO's and even then you still need to keep the people interested with new content which can always pose new problems.

so have more love for the ones who put the love into their game. (^-^)b

They are either content locusts or have very narrow minds ( no offense ) like "ok I have hat of +1 intel...now I need to get hat of +2 intel...."
