Short answer.... YES! But removing it will make some unhappy. As will keeping it the same. U cant win... unless u add a hardcore mode with no main perk, but mabi keeping the secondary perks. And let people decide for themselves rather than forcing upon them.

Clock is overpowered, it has 2 hands, nerf the big hand, it overtakes the little hand with zero effort, this is unacceptable and needs to be removed.

you don't need clock to win. Look up in the sky. You see that big yellow thing? Its placement relative to the horizon gives you an approximation of the time. Use your skills to overcome clock.
