Best/fastest way to reach option "Breakdown to Resorces"

I've noticed there are 2 or 3 different ways to do this and I'm trying to memorize some way to quick breakdown things in inventory like after a bug hunt or something.

To better clarify, I mean when you have 3-4+ items to breakdown.

Was this a question, or a statement? Are you asking if there's a faster way of breaking down, or simply stating that you found them, and not telling us?

For me, I click once to highlight an item to breakdown, then it's ENTER, ENTER, ENTER, UP, ENTER.

Still would prefer a better UI for this though.

I use the PC version and use a macro (enter,enter, up, enter) to breakdown an item. (1 key press)

OMG, I have an Anasi keyboard, and I completely forgot about those things.

Hmmm maybe a key macro would work if you have a gaming keyboard/mouse. By using the macro you can just program it to use arrow keys and quickly scrap things.

Well other than the macros, that's the fastest way you're going to get to salvaging weapons until they fix this god awful menu. I wouldn't even call it "console-based" either, it's just that bad.
