Arkfall Codes maxed out

Hey all, well probably a very stupid question to all of you but i recently for a little bit know have a message that Arkfall codes are maxed out. Well i actually do not even know where i have them? I know you must enter the codes online or something. Sorry and Defiance is actually my very first MMO i have ever tried.
Also i thought i linked my account to my PS3 but when i log in only my Ego is only at 2 which i am fairly certain last time i checked i am leveled up to over 100

you must mean Keycodes as you get these from Arkfalls and some random quests (at the moment)
you spend Keycodes plus a little scrip to get Lockboxes that give out loot. tier two gives 2 items.
Tier three gives 3 items and Tier four gives 4 items no better odds for rarity etc. just luck. I recommend tier 3
as I have had very good luck pulling legendary (orange) weapons.

Oh so i must find a store on the map and from there i can get unlocks?
I know there is store access from pressing L2 but i do not get options to get anything
I have done many side missions and perhaps about 4 Arkfalls
I do however recall the first few days i played that i noticed some stuff from the store

in ANY town on the map you will see a Vendor (listed as "Merchant") next to it will be a glowing oval box on the
ground next to it this is where you buy lockboxes with keycodes.

Also sell or salvage stuff you don't need. There's a pursuit for selling 15 items at a vendor. Use compare to see what weapons are weaker. Pretty much anything white you'll want to toss. When you see you have more than 24 key codes go and purchase a tier 3 box.
