Hmmm, I saw a message pop up on screen that said turn off your kinect. I'm still a little confused about chat for X360. If I can see the message in chat history in-game, the message was for me right?

And if so, oh dear someone heard me singing >.<

I thought they could only hear me if my headset and mic were on.

Not even close lol. I'm pretty sure they got an earful of me singing to my cat (don't judge me) or me talking to the game with the occasional "um, get some." They did mentioned that they now know area chat works. I've since unplugged my Kinect.

I pretty much use party chat on 360, as I only have 1 friend that plays this with me... most of the time I am solo'ing.

Xbox 360 here and I use a keyboard frequently to try and chat with people, occasionally I'll get a response back, but I'm assuming they're using the default Xbox keyboard which is incredibly slow and annoying.

Though me and some random player did a kick out of teasing someone driving around in a truck at an arkfall. Made that $7 keyboard worth the purchase right there.
