Mutant Mini Gunners in San Fran

Where's a good place in San Fran to find Mutant Mini Gunners? I'm having a hard time finding many to complete the Armistace goals.

Bayside Terrace I believe it is called, you have to kill maybe six mutants before one comes out, and about a minute after they all respawn. It is in NW San Fran I think. It has been awhile now though.

there is a section of the mutant quarter or something like that in san fran. its like a street in a destroyed city. Should spawn about 6-8 standard mutants when you kill them 3 minigunners spawn. Repeat as needed.

I forget the exact location.

If you follow the Pier on the east side of the map back to the mainland and go in about an inch on the world map. You will find a small valley of ruined buildings, kill the mutants in this area and you should get waves of minigunners to come out.

Was the only reliable place I found to farm these guys.

its not working I found two locations, plenty of mutants, but not a single mini-gunner

in downtown frisco , is mainly the other guys ,
in china town is all mutants (if looking at map is to the left of downtown) , the mini comes out , I mainly drove around and looked for those mutant help things and killed them that way . took me little while but was fun doing it .. also south of the main outpost -Overpass- ( bottom of map ) go straight down little bit and u should run into a bunch there and to ur left
